Costs Related To Botox And/Or Surgery For Migraine and Muscle-Related Headache

COSTS (APPROXIMATE):

Because Botox and/or the surgery we offer are new techniques in migraine/head pain management, some insurance companies do not consider them to be “covered services” and do not provide any reimbursement. Other companies may provide partial reimbursement to varying degrees. We are pleased to provide documentation of our evaluation and care to your insurer, complete with diagnostic and treatment codes, but our services are typically prepaid directly by our patients. This means that office charges must be paid at the time of your visit, and surgical fees must be paid at least two weeks in advance of your surgery date. We do not routinely bill or correspond directly with insurers, though we may do so in unusual circumstances.
